Dosis descenders clipped with certain font sizes on windows #145

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Use dosis font 
2. Set font size to 14px or 28px 
3. Use chrome on windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The descenders like lowercase g get clipped when using 28px or 14px but work 
fine using 36px or 24px
