Rokkitt font displays 400 and 700 as Bold

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Viewing the website in Chrome 27.0.1444.3, Firefox 19.0.2 and Safari 5.1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The font should show the normal 400 style and the bold 700. Instead everything 
is bold

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 

Please provide any additional information below.
The issue arised today. Everything was working yesterday...
