Currently, a plot of the number of subjets shows that the RC, R=1.0 peaks at 2 subjets, rather than 3 subjets, for the ttbar_allhad sample, which makes it seem like the top is not fully contained in the reconstruction.

We should split up plots based on leading and subleading jets to see what's going on here.

I'm not so worried. Plots in the future should be split up by leading/subleading, and have a cut on pT > 200 GeV, and things will probably be more sensible.
