Add plugins #16

Since plugins will be available, we should include them too.

At the moment this is still WIP in https://github.com/nhovratov/content-blocks/pull/95

Plugins are on hold at the moment. We should keep this in mind. If the PR will not be merged, this ticket could be closed.
