Loading spinner for all views, when content is loading. #7

Maybe after a save, so the user couldnt click somewhere else, while it is saving.

Spinner is already implemented, but it needs some design.

Maybe an icon like https://typo3.github.io/TYPO3.Icons/icons/spinner/spinner-circle.html
