The game world placed on the AR marker is too big, this causes problems during gameplay where the user would lose track of the marker because the player looks at something on the side pushing the marker out of the camera's view.
The scaling has been iteratively adjusted during development and the final scale has been set in the branch "FinalArtUpdate".
