No artifact localizations in reliquery set for "Prayers of wisdom" with nameTextMapHash "212557731"

Thanks for the issue! Yes, such a bug really exists... Apparently Hoyoverse stores these sets differently than others.

I will try to fix it but I don't have much time. If you want, you can help with this)
