servicemanager in /system/bin can't be found #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I use ATOM Z500 platform to boot android 0.3 version 
2. Grub menu parameter is simple and it just like "kernel xxx.image; initrd 
ramdisk"
3. boot and it will show "can't find servicemanager".The systems seems run 
well but no any application running.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
