Step-1 Create a new user and set the user group permission to individual

Step-2 Now create a lead and select the previously created user as a sales owner so "default pipeline-Neww" is assigned to it.

Step-3 Now login a different user the pipeline is not showing in the lead section but it is visible in the dropdown.
