Upgrade Nuxt 3.7.3 -> 3.8.x and PrimeVue 3.33.0 -> 3.37.x #14

Note that I tried this but the PrimeVue dialogs had an issue.

We may want to wait until the coming PrimeVue module is released before messing with dependencies again.

Going to block on this a while to see what develops upstream in Nuxt and PrimeVue.

Nuxt has released 3.8.0 and PrimeVue has released 3.37.0 with Nuxt module support. I will check the release notes and try these out.
