Enable custom text channels for output #2

I hope I didn't miss any spots. Basically adds a chatmethod field and a custom function ChatMsg that replaces all the SendChatMessage calls.

(And I think some refactoring I did for the parsing of chat messages)

I'll test it out this weekend. I have a couple changes that you overwrote that I wanted to keep since you had an older version.
