Add an Ignore option in the Fusion configuration tab #61

Prerequisite: https://github.com/krbz999/artichron/issues/60 In the item Fusion config tab add an option to ignore values on fusion. Examples:

If ignore is checked at Weight, no weight will be added to the new fused item.
If ignore is checked at price, no price will be added to the new fused item.
