[#65] Add hover events and click events for controlling tokens via the combat tracker.

Closes #65.

Double click on the name of the combatant renders its sheet.

Hovering in over the combatant highlights it (if visible).

Hovering out removes this highlight.

Any click event, unless propagation has been prevented, will select or deselect the token of the combatant.
