[BUG] Unable to add tags to tag-based filters

Describe the bug Unable to add tags under the configuration tab for any filter.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Filters'
2. Click on 'Source Classes' (also tested with Markers and Identifiers)
3. Go to 'Configuration'
4. a. Type a tag name into the field under 'Source Classes' and click off the field. The text disappears. b. Type a tag name into the field and click "Add Tag" -- nothing happens.

If one leaves and re-enters the configuration for the BAB, the filter editor will no longer be under Configuration.

Expected behavior A tag would be added above the text box, denoting the tag was successfully added and the filter would be saved.

Setup Describe your foundry setup.

• Build-a-Bonus version: 12.5.4
• Foundry core version and build: Version 12 Stable, Build 331

The workaround at the moment is to hit Enter.
