Status in ingame Mod Manager shows error warning #4

the game loads with the mod active, but it shows the red "needs restart" light and the warning for errors

Come on now. I need far more info than this. What other mods do you have installed? Are you sure you aren't using an old game version? Also give me your Player.log file because this isn't an error I can reproduce.
