Bits'n'Picas Cannot Read The Glyph Encodings Correctly in BDF #21

This font pack uses GB2312 encoding (which is different from ICU), and when I open them, the glyphs are remapped to the Unicode codepoint. For example, 啊 (16-01) is remapped to 0x3121.
