Contains potentially non-free binary unicode data #48

I have this question: https://bugs.debian.org/1041435

Have you contacted the upstream yet to ask if the unicode file contains non-free data or not? If not, can you open an issue?

The unidata.ucd file is generated from a subset of these files:

https://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/

Which are under this license:

https://www.unicode.org/license.txt

It does not contain any data related to text encodings. The IBM/Mac/Windows encodings you are seeing even after removing the IBM/Mac/Windows files from com/kreative/unicode/mappings are coming from the Java Runtime itself, not from any external data.
