it's caused by The Endergetic Expansion there is no config to turn it off, if you don't like it remove the mod. I will be removing the mod on the next patch of this pack.

the mod is removed in this version of the pack out later today or tomorrow. You might have to world wipe.

Ok, it's confirmed it's not caused by this mod. as per here https://github.com/kreezxil/better-than-minecolonies-getting-started/issues/27
