Bookkeeping update:

• Enable item wise tracking of consumption/production in spatial compartments
• Enable net change tracking in chemostat compartment
• Enable logging of agent removal, transfer and arrival.

Global options:

• bookkeeping: Enable bookkeeping
• csv_bookkeeping: log bookkeeping to csv files (does not log entire agent structure)
• xml_bookkeeping: log bookkeeping to xml files (logs entire agent structure but is slower).
