How to change the transparency and size? #9

in the new version you are able to change the transparency and size of the overlay but doesnt give any instructions on how to do it. I have searched but found nothing. Please help me out. :C

I found it go to the command line by pressing f6 and then type kbmscale or kbmtransparency and the type the value u want
