Implement limited pre-moving #103

For fast games, it would be good if I could already "Lift" one of my pieces during the opponents turn. You can then move your mouse to the target position and very quickly execute your move when it starts.

I don't think full pre-moving will work with Paco Ŝako. Only conditional pre-moving like I have seen in Go. https://github.com/online-go/online-go.com/wiki/The-game-view-and-playing-games#planing-conditional-moves

Requires the frontend to know which side you are playing. (Done) Requires #81 for proper speed. (Done)

Very much related to #129 and #126 - maybe also to #128 (nope, not that one).
