Enable http3 in caddy #121

Caddy should already support http3, can I enable it? Also, can I configure HTTPS DNS to advertise this fact?

Also, is there really no ipv6 that comes together with my vps? I should check again.

I have added an IPv6 to the server now. Looks like I can't test that right now thought :-/

Caddy "should" do http3 automatically, but I can't test support for it right now either. I have enabled UDP access on ports 80 and 443 for this already on the IONOS server management dashboard.
