Problem: If you have an English string that includes the modifier letter prime U+02B9 then it is not rendered at all. Like for example in the name Me·thuʹse·lah
My assumption is that there is a relation to the needed use of a shape engine like harfbuzz - similar to my current problems with Khmer.
