Moving wall - metadata #13

Add flag into metadata that item is under moving wall. Later for example using spring scheduling these items can be filtered out and restriction can be removed.

add this for collections aswell

If an object is under moving wall then future dc.date.available is set so there is no need for additional metadata fields.
