Implement solution, that would allow to attach license into imported item.

For images see https://licensebuttons.net/. If we don't want to attach licenses, then for [import] only mapping has to be done. For [xmlui] license value such as RightsLicense=cc-by-nc-nd-3.0-cz maps to dc.rights and RightsURI=http://.. maps to dc.rights.uri
