update plantseg #167

What is latest how to update plantseg?

conda activate plant-seg conda update plantseg

this info was previously available in plantsg github and seems like now its removed. Is this still how one should update plant-seg?

conda update plantseg is problematic, so the current suggestion is to reinistall, I will add few lines in the README
