Erosion option for nuclei channel in Lifted MultiCut and Segmentation Fix in Extra-Seg #186

When I used the nuclear segmentation as seeds, there are errors from the lower-level libraries. Erosion of nuclei enables the algorithm to run. So maybe we should consider an erosion option in LMC so users don't have to create a seed channel outside PlantSeg.
