Generic plant nuclei model should be found as `PlantSeg_3Dnuc_platinum` #192

The Platinum model for generic plant nuclei was named as "PlantSeg_3Dnuc_platinum" in the manuscript. I guess we have to change the name for that. New requests from Athul:

  1. rename generic_plant_nuclei_3D to PlantSeg_3Dnuc_platinum, and
  2. remove confocal_3D_unet_ovules_nuclei_ds1x

I feel that the name "PlantSeg_3Dnuc_platinum" is not the best as it doesn't even say "nuclei"/"nuclear", but I guess it's too late to argue for that.
