Napari UI: Renamed layers no updated in dropdown lists #198

E.g. After GASP, the "Run Segmentation Fix from Nuclei" widget doesn't find the immediate GASP output in the drop down list. But if I GASP again, the previous renamed GASP output shows up.

I noticed this only happens if i rename certain labels.

The renaming doesn't trigger update in layer lists, maybe need some attention:
