Doc: Data/models, train/add new models, Jupyter Book remnant #240

I got complains on adding models. This PR:

  1. Updates users about they could add models with GUIs;
  2. Remove Jupyter Book files from docs/;
  3. Update the navigation bar to avoid confusion.
