[sysex librarian] non-existent/network files .syx files #63

I had a whole bunch of sysex files on a network drive which is now gone. Sysex librarian gave a timeout on the files but .. on each and every missing file. This took a very long while until I could use sysex librarian again in a normal way. Maybe add a button in the 'file can not be found'-window so traversing the available .syx files in sysex librarian can be aborted.

Sorry about that. This is the same as #46, which I've fixed but haven't released yet (I know, I need to do it).
