MIDI Monitor docs for event detail window claims that there's a Save As button, but it's only for sysex #81

The documentation for the event detail window claims that there's a Save As button, but it's only present on sysex events.

Either fix the docs, or fix the code to add the button. AFAIK it's rare to put standalone MIDI messages that aren't sysex into their own files, so it's probably better to fix the docs.
