Syntax for open sum types and classes #6

Internally, the code exists to use open-sum types, but good syntax for those 
and for object-oriented classes needs to be built up.  Should there be special 
syntax for open sum types or closed sum types?  It's more modular when things 
are closed by default, actually.

Went with structure syntax for open sum types and a requirement of a keyword to 
close a variant type constructor.
