poor error message when failing to resolve a package in a repository #93

in MetacelloCommonMCSpecLoader>>retryingResolvePackageSpecReferences:gofer: the 
error message just mentions the package name, not the name of the file and the 
name of the repository where the file couldn't be found ...

note that in the specific case, there was an extra mcz tacked on the end of the 
file spec...
