Create a slate file that loads all the working and current slate files into
one image. (This will require taking bootstrap specific fixups out and
putting them into individual files and modifying build.slate to load those
also)

The file will also have to load the boostrap files so they have source in
the image.

Make sure a gui environment is usable when the image starts.

Port to windows, linux, and mac os x.

Then just release the image file and a vm binary. This would be more for a
casual programmer who wants to demo slate.
