Update the setup documentation #35

Currently, the info about how to set up locally is out of date - you no longer need to alter the webpack file.

Run through the whole wiki to find out of date info!

There's no longer a MarkdownPage component, as outlined in "Learning The Code".

Removed the instructions to alter the webpack file - it now works by running npm run local.
