Setup tutorial needs:

Start here page
Security holes
- HTTPS
- Default admin account
Information about legal requirements of the developers using this template
- Privacy policy & data collection notices

Move "Gmail Email Settings" into the tutorials.

Rewrote the tutorial, left stubs for various other things. Good enough to close this issue for now.
