Update ESLint from 8.0.0 to 8.2.0 (release notes)
Update Babel from 7.15.x to 7.16.0 (release notes)
Update Material UI from 5.0.0-alpha.x to 5.0.6 (release notes)
Update Emotion from 11.4.x to 11.5.0 (release notes)
Update Jest 27.2.x to 27.3.1 (release notes)
Update Webpack from 5.58.x to 5.62.1 (release notes)
Update Webpack Dev Server from 4.3.x to 4.4.0 (release notes)

Also tweak Jest, Prettier, Rollup, Webpack configs a little related to Yarn upgrade.
