PWA Feature required #1649

Need to add PWA Feature

@piglovesyou Any idea when this will be implemented? Are there any forks of react-starter-kit, where this was implemented?

@patsa I'm afraid there's no plan as long as I know. For now, I think PWA is not necessary for master, so there could be another feature branch such as feature/pwa based on master.

Okay, I'll try to look into that when I finished the merging of the other feature branches. But as I want the PWA-functionality combined with apollo, redux and react-intl, I would base it on that feature branch.
