Include the source code of the router in the npm package #110

Also:

Update dev dependencies
Add esnext field to package.json
Add more robust pre commit script, replace pre-commit with husky
Change ES module extension from .mjs to .esm.js
Remove Babel and ESLint configs from package.json in favor of separate .babelrc and .eslintrc files
