Publish the tool #13

The tool should be easy to install, so it needs to be published where possible to be available for easy install, e.g. brew, apt, etc.

Changes milestone to Version 1 as this is not strictly necessary for the MVP.

Back to the MVP with separate issues for Windows [#37] and Linux [#38]. Still need to look into CPack.

Alpha version of the tool is published under: https://github.com/krieselreihe/litr/releases/tag/v1.0.0-alpha.1
