Adding Crypto.com to the list of exchanges #64

Hi, First of all I appreciate a lot this project. I have a bot successfully running connected to Coinbase Pro. Right now I'm looking in to options with less trading fees and cryopto.com is one of them.

I try already to manipulate the code but I don't have enough VBA knowledge for such project.

Can you take a look and see if its possible to add crypto.com to the code. Thanks in advance. crypto.com API info: https://exchange-docs.crypto.com/

Closing the issue since don't need anymore the "crypto.com" API connection.
