Feat: Hide notification content for privacy

Feature Description

Hide notification content the way it's done in Element, Signal and other apps.

While you can disable notifications entirely or hide the content on lock-screen, it's not the best solution, since you may still want to know when you get a notification, just without the message text and media.

Rationale

• Privacy concerns:
  • Applications or OS itself may be spying on you
  • Governments spying on Apple, Google users through push notifications
• Compete with other apps which already support that, e.g. Element, Signal
• If you share your phone or you're in public, you may not want others to see your personal messages
