Bug Description

When setting a wallpaper, the image appears to get quite heavily compressed, losing a lot of fidelity.

Steps to Reproduce

Set a wallpaper.
Look at the quality of the wallpaper in a chat.

Expected Behavior

The image should retain its original quality.

App Version

1.20.0
