[Mac OS] Unable to send a message unless "Send on enter" setting is set.

Bug Description

By default, the Send on enter setting is off. With this default, it seems not possible to send a message using the keyboard.

• Option + Enter, Control + Enter, Shift + Enter just add a new line to the message
• Command + Enter does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set "Send on enter" setting off
2. write some message
3. try to send it using keyboard

Expected Behavior

With this setting disabled, it should be possible to send the message with some other combination, like Control + Enter.

App Version

1.22.0, from Mac OS App Store

Additional Context

If the Send on enter setting is enabled:

• Shift + Enter and Option + Enter sends the message
• Common + Enter does not nothing like if the setting is off
• Control + Enter add a new line.

Would be great to make these combinations predictable in both setting states.

In general Fluffy looks and feels so cool on Mac OS!
