Bug Description

It is possible to select and react to the same message multiple times with the same emoji

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select a single message and react with an emoji
  2. Select the same message and then a different message
  3. React with the same emoji, which is now available for reaction again

Expected Behavior

The messages that get the reaction added are messages that Were selected AND that the reacting user has not reacted to with that emoji yet
