Feature Description

when uploading a video on desktop, get the thumbnail for it and attach it to the message

Rationale

behavior already present on mobile (https://github.com/krille-chan/fluffychat/blob/bc74167bc7bce525835be2f6f4440a0bfc03d6cf/lib/utils/resize_image.dart#L35), increases usability
