Show custom emojis in emoji picker #808

Feature Description

Add an extra tab for custom emojis into the emoji picker, which then shows all available emoji's from all available packs - or - add a category into the emoji picker for every pack.

Rationale

The autocomplete doesn't show every emoji and it's hard to find the correct emoji when you don't know the name.

You can upload them in FluffyChat and Cinny. In FluffyChat: Settings > Chat > Emoji-Settings

There you can upload images, that can be used as stickers and emojis.

+1. Not having custom emoji in the emoji picker prevents custom emoji from being used as a reaction.
