Notification for incoming voice and video calls is too weak #843

Bug Description

Hello; on both iOS and Android versions of Fluffychat, incoming voice or video calls are only signalled by a simple notification which plays the usual brief tone, and nothing more. In this way incoming calls are often missed and go unnoticed. Is better integration with mobile phone call handling planned? Or, is it possible to introduce at least a "stronger" notification for this kind of incoming calls? Thank-you

Steps to Reproduce

Create a voip call or a video call to a mobile device running Fluffychat

Expected Behavior

A long-running, loud, repeated "incoming call" notification should be played, possibly exploiting iOS CallKit or similar technologies
