Chat backup is broke on android #963

Bug Description

After saving the recovery key Fluffy enters in a loop where it keeps asking for a password

Steps to Reproduce

I'm usigng the italian localization, so the english labels here may not be precise. Go to settings, Chat Backup, press it, select either method and forward

Expected Behavior

Ask the password once or twice and then succeed,

App Version

1.18.0

Additional Platform Information

Lineage OS 20

This makes it impossible to create a backup

You probably enter the wrong password ;-) So the action point here is to improve the UX that it actually says why it asks again for the password

I can confirm that this is actually broken. This is exactly the same thing that I'm getting. I tried on SchildiChat and this worked fine for me, so it seems to be a problem in FluffyChat. The same goes for the Emoji verification process.
